Frequently asked questions

Is the course based on the real pre-seen?

Yes! All of the course resources are tailored to your actual pre-seen. This includes the 2 mock exams.

What's the difference between Pre-seen Club and Sprint Club?

Sprint Club is a full course (6 weeks of support). Pre-seen Club is final exam preparation only (3 weeks of support).

Sprint Club includes everything in the Pre-seen Club course, plus:

+ 2 live revision workshops
+ Knowledge recap videos
+ Exam skills videos
+ Diagnostic test 

What if I have questions whilst studying?

The course includes WhatsApp support from Ben and Andrew 7 days a week. You’ll have our personal WhatsApp numbers so you can get help when you need it.

Does the course include marking?

No. The mock exams have debrief videos and model answers to help you self review. Marking is only included in the Platinum+, Platinum and Re-sit club courses.

Are there any live workshops?

No. This course is fully flexible, you study at a time and pace to suit you.
Live workshops are only included in the Platinum+, Platinum and Re-sit club courses.

What is pass assurance?

If you complete the course fully and then are not successful in the exam, we will enrol you onto the same course again for the next sitting for free. T&Cs apply.

Can I pay in instalments?

No - this course is only available as 1 up front payment. 

Can you invoice my employer?
